Recently, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Château du Golf de La Freslonnière, nestled in a tranquil 140-hectare hotel just 8 km from Rennes. As an eco-resort reviewer and an avid traveler, I was impressed by the seamless blend of relaxation and recreation offered here. The welcoming atmosphere began with a good drink upon our arrival, setting the tone for our stay. The on-site restaurant, Le Bois Briand, served exquisite French cuisine that we enjoyed during our leisurely lunches, with local produce that made every bite nice. Our spacious suite, complete with a cozy seating area and views of the serene pond, became a perfect retreat after our family hikes in the stunning landscapes surrounding the hotel. The seasonal outdoor pool was a fantastic bonus, offering the girls a refreshing splash after a day of exploration. Château du Golf de La Freslonnière is a perfect getaway for family adventures or a romantic retreat, with ample opportunities for golfing and indulging in the natural beauty of the area that resonates with my love for the great outdoors.
